GENERAL INFORMATION
Memberships for the NEWseason
Please see the following information pertaining to memberships for next season:
Rugby/Netball memberships are annual memberships that start 1st September 2018 and expire on 31st August 2019.
NEW rugby/netball members: you must attend 4 training sessions and be signed off by your head coach before approval is given for this membership type.
Instalments are available for annual rugby/netball memberships and will need to be arranged with club management.
Instalment memberships will need to be paid in FULL by end of November 2018.
You will be required to pay an initial deposit to activate your instalment membership.The deposit will be the cost of your rugby uniform and insuranceeg Adult rugby member will pay AED 620 as an initial deposit (rugby kit, training tee & insurance).
Current insurance is AED 235 (U14s upwards) & AED 95 (U10s-U12s). Non-contact rugby players are exempt from insurance payments.
Rugby/Netball family memberships do not include kit or insurance. Youth kit will be AED 185 & Adults will be AED 285. Netball kit Adults will be AED 165 & Youth will be AED 150.
VAT is additional to the current membership prices.
Guest Entry
Just a reminder, cost is AED 30 per visitor (limit of two visitors per member). Non-members or visitors pay a day rate of AED 100. Golf members bringing in guests will pay AED 60 per person.
Weekly Events
Come along to our weekly quiz night on a Wednesday and test your general knowledge again Quiz Master Chalkie. Wind down after a long week at the club and make use of the family discount in the restaurant. See you then.
Pool Table
The cost of a game of pool has now increased to AED 5. Tokens can be purchased from the club reception, Sunday to Saturday: 8.00am to 10.00pm. Thank you.

All rugby training has now resumed as of this week. Please see pitch allocations below or check out our board in the gym reception area.

AAA Conference team will play Arabian Knights on Friday 7th September (AAA Open Day).
AAA Conference team will play Dubai Exiles on Friday 14th September (AAA). Kick-off time to be confirmed next week.
MEDICS
The club is URGENTLY looking for MEDICS to work with our teams, if you are interested please contact the club reception on 037026431 or email rugby@aesgc.ae. The club will provide training for you and 50% discount on your membership fees. Contact us TODAY!
TRAINING COURSES
Quick Rip Course will be on Friday 7th September, 9.00am to 12.00pm. The course will be held in the club restaurant. Good luck to these participants!

Rugby Shop - September
The shop hours for August will be Sunday to Friday, 11.00am to 7.00pm. Cash or credit cards accepted.All AAA members will receive a 10% discount on everyday prices! (excluding sale items).

AESGC Food & Drink Policy
AESGC has a strict NO FOOD OR DRINK FROM OUTSIDE THE CLUB. The organisation could be liable for huge fines should this happen. Please observe and respect this club policy and do not be offended if you are questioned accordingly or asked to dispose of these items immediately.

HEALTH & WELL-BEING
Karate Classes
Classes will restart on Sunday 9th September from 6.00pm. The days and times will be the same, (Sunday & Thursdays), 6.00pm to 7.00pm at the tent (Shooters Restaurant). Block session: AED 320 (members) or AED 400 (non-member). Please note you can spread your block session over two consecutive months (one class per week).
