Who: Adult rugby (includes family) &netball members
Attendance: 25% of adult rugby & netball membership for meeting to proceed, (62 members required).
Registration starts at 4.30pm and closes at 6.00pm. See you then.
AAA Reception & Office Make Over
From Saturday 12th May, the club reception will be moved to the stadium gate entrance. This is to due to the revamping of the club management office into the new rugby shop. Normal reception hours will operate: Sunday to Saturday, 8.00am to 10.00pm. The reception staff will be based in the control room. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
AAA End of Season Activities
AAA Annual General Meeting – Thursday 3rd May at 6.00pm
Coaches Appreciation Evening – Thursday 10thMay from 6.00pm.
RUGBY SHOP – APRIL & MAY The shop will be open Sunday to Fridays, 11.00am to 7.00pm. The shop is located down at the pool area (the old dive shop). Cash or credit cards accepted. The new rugby shop will be moved to the current club management office by late June. The current rugby shop will operate as per normal until then.

FOOD DISCOUNT FOR AAA MEMBERS
AAA members are entitled to a 15% food discount at the club restaurant. Please carry your membership card, as you maybe requested for proof of membership.
WHATSAPP GROUP
The rugby club now has a WHATSAPP group for members. This will be used in conjunction with the WEEKLY EMAIL &FACEBOOK PAGE to ensure you receive up-to-information from the club. This will include events, promotions and anything club related. We will endeavour to keep the posts to a minimum.

AESGC FOOD &BEVERAGE POLICY
Recently we have noticed food & drink coming into the club from outside. Please be reminded that this is against our current licensing. The organisation could be liable for huge fines should this continue. Please observe and respect this club policy.
GUEST ENTRY
Just a reminder, if you are inviting guests to the club, you must be present with them upon entry. Cost is AED 30 per visitor (limit of two per member). Non-members or visitors pay a day rate of AED 100.
THEME NIGHTS
Introducing the new FRIDAY CARVING DAY buffet! It includes a selected drinks menu along with a roast meat menu, including desert. AED 165 per person (excluding VAT). AED 90 for just the food and half price for children, 6-12 years old. Make sure you come along on Friday to try it out!
UP AND COMING EVENTS
“Do you have any unwanted items for sale?” Why not bring them to the AAA Community Day and sell them. Come along on Friday 11th May at 5.00pm. Plenty of entertainment for the family. See you then!
RAMADAN 2018 – IFTAR AT THE AL RIKAB RESTAURANT
Interested in an Iftar meal during Ramadan? Try out the RAMADANA TENT at the Al Rikab restaurant on AESGC grounds. AED 90 pp or AED 45 for kids aged 7-12 years. A group special for school teachers (20+),qualify for an additional 20%. AAA members also qualify for an additional discount of 15% (no limit on numbers). Please present your membership card as proof of membership.
NEW CLASSES TO AAA
AAA now has Karate classes for kids! Classes will run on a Sunday & Thursday, 6.00pm to 7.00pm. These classes will be held in the tent next to the Shooters restaurant. Cost for members = AED 320 per block session (8 sessions) & AED 400 per block session for non-members. Registrations and payment can be made at the club reception from now.
Games will be shown at the rugby club throughout the weekend, including the Aviva Premiership & Top 14 competitions.
