Al Ain Amblers AGM

Dear Members,

 

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 3rd May at 6.00pm, down at the pool bar.

 

The following positions are up for election:

  1. Treasurer

  2. Business Development Manager

  3. Director of Rugby

  4. Club Captain

  5. Youth Team Manager

  6. Social Secretary

  7. Fixtures Secretary

  8. Club Secretary

 

You will need to be nominated by two rugby or netball members, and your forms will need to be handed into the club reception by Thursday 19th April at 6.00pm. Proposed agenda items will also need to be submitted by this date (Thursday 19th April at 6.00pm). Nomination forms can be collected from the club reception.

 

The meeting agenda will be sent out on Tuesday 24th April.

 

In order for the meeting to proceed, there needs to be 25% of our rugby and netball members. Please ensure you make every effort to attend this meeting and have your say.
