RUGBY UPDATE
Pitch 1, 2 & 3 will continue to be closed. These will re-open sometimethis week! The pitches are “roped off” during this time, please stay off the pitches!
General Notice:
EGM for election of Social Secretary & Club Secretary will be held on Monday 15th January. Nomination Forms and Job descriptions are available at the Reception Desk. Nominations close 4.00pm 15th January.
Please note any payments now made at the Club will have 5% VAT applicable as per the new UAE value added tax regulation.
All memberships via instalment should have now been paid in full. If you are not fully financial please see us at the earliest to avoid losing access to the facilities.
Adults & Youth Rugby
Adult trainings will resume Monday 8th January & Youth trainings resume Sunday 7th January..
RUGBY SHOP – JANUARY
The shop will be open Sunday to Fridays, 11.00am to 7.00pm. The shop is located down at the pool area (the old dive shop). Cash or credit cards accepted.
Please provide your proof of purchase receipt (rugby membership) to receive your uniform. Just a reminder that rugby family memberships do not include uniforms, you will need to pay for these separately.

FOOD DISCOUNT FOR AAA MEMBERS
The AESGC has kindly approved a food discount of 15% to all members,on purchases from the AAA restaurant. Please find the following conditions:
All members are included regardless of membership type or period.
Effective from 1st September 2017
Discount cannot be used on promotions or themed nights.
Couples – must be legally married.
Families – 2 adults & 2 children (up to age of 19 years)
Singles – all singles 16 years and above
Discount is only on food.
You may be asked to provide proof of membership, so please carry this with you when dinning at the restaurant.
WHATSAPP GROUP
The rugby club now has a WHATSAPP group for members. This will be used in conjunction with the WEEKLY EMAIL &FACEBOOK PAGE to ensure you receive up-to-information from the club. This will include events, promotions and anything club related. We will endeavour to keep the posts to a minimum.

Please remember children under the age 16 years, are required to have adult supervision at all times.

AESGC FOOD &BEVERAGE POLICY
It is the policy of the AESGC that food & beverages from outside of the venue is prohibited. Please do not be offended if you are asked to dispose of these items immediately..
GUEST ENTRY
Just a reminder, if you are inviting guests to the club, you must be present with them upon entry. Cost is AED 30 per visitor (limit of two per member). Non-members or visitors pay a day rate of AED 100.
THEME NIGHTS
Quiz Night starts again tomorrow Wednesdaythe 3rd of January
Our new AAA MENU– has now started! Our F&B team are always looking for your feedback, so please fill in the “feedback card” and hand into the cashier or reception. There is also a breakfast promotion – “Tea/Coffee plus a Muffin” for AED 20 – from 8.00am.
AAA Sunday Roast Night is back @5.00pm. AED 85 per person includes roast meal, dessert & one free special drink. AED 45 for kids 5 years to 10 years (with one soft drink). Pencil in your Sunday booking at the rugby club! See you then.
